Shipyard Plantation is just off Highway 278 five miles from the Hilton Head Airport. It is 19 miles from Exit 8 on I-95. Savannah, Georgia is 40 miles south and Savannah International Airport is 35 miles via I-95. Charleston, South Carolina is 90 miles north. Take Exit 8, Hwy 278, East approximately 18 miles to the Island. Take the Cross Island Parkway toll bridge. Stay in left lane. You will exit the Cross Island Parkway as it turns into Palmetto Bay Road. Continue on the road to the Sea Pines traffic circle. Take 2nd exit to Pope Avenue. At 2nd light, make left into Shipyard Plantation.
